This Privacy Policy applies to all applications (hereinafter referred to as "the Application" or "Applications") created by ATAKZ LLC (hereinafter referred to as "the Service Provider" or "we"), including but not limited to Resume Builder PRO and YouOnTry. These services are provided for use "AS IS".

We take your privacy seriously. The fundamental principle of our Applications is that your data belongs to you. We do not collect, store, share, or sell any of your personal information unless explicitly stated for a specific online service.

We do not collect, process, or transmit any personal data.

• No User Accounts: You do not need to create an account to use the Application.
• No Analytics: We do not track how you use the Application.
• No Third-Party Tracking: We do not use third-party services that collect data (such as Google Analytics, Firebase, or advertising networks).
• No Server Uploads: All data you enter into the Application (such as your name, contact details, work history, and education) remains strictly on your local device. The Application operates entirely offline and does not transmit data to any external server.

To function correctly, the Application may request specific permissions on your Android device. These permissions are used solely for the functionality described below and are never used to collect data.

Storage (READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE / WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE):

• Purpose: This permission is required to save your generated Resume/CV (PDF files) to your device's storage so that you can view, print, or share them.
• Usage: The app only writes the files you explicitly create and only reads files necessary for its operation.

For users located in the European Economic Area (EEA), the European Union (EU), or the United Kingdom (UK), we adhere to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

4.1. Data Controller Status

Because Resume Builder PRO operates offline and stores data only on your local device, ATAKZ LLC does not act as a Data Controller or Data Processor for your personal information in the context of cloud storage or processing. You retain full control and ownership of your data on your physical device.

4.2. Your Rights Under GDPR

Although we do not hold your data, you possess the following rights regarding the data stored locally on your device:

• Right of Access & Portability: You can view and copy your data at any time by opening the Application.
• Right to Rectification: You can edit your resume information directly within the Application.
• Right to Erasure ("Right to be Forgotten"): You can delete your data by clearing the Application's storage in your Android settings or by uninstalling the Application. This permanently removes all data.

4.3. International Data Transfers

Since the Application is offline, no personal data is transferred to international servers or third countries.

This section addresses the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), and other US state privacy laws.

5.1. No Sale or Sharing of Personal Information

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties. We do not have access to your information to sell it.

5.2. "Do Not Sell My Info"

Because we do not collect or sell data, we do not offer an opt-out mechanism usually required for data brokers, as it is not applicable to our offline architecture.

5.3. Children’s Privacy (COPPA)

We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). We do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children under 13. Since the app is offline and requires no login, we have no way of knowing the age of the user, but absolutely no data is transmitted to us from any user, regardless of age.

Since the Application operates offline, your data is as secure as your device itself. We do not maintain any databases of user information. You are responsible for keeping your device secure to protect the personal information stored within the Application.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
